Witt Harris Lupher went to his heavenly home on Thursday, December 28, 2017. Though Witt faced many challenges throughout his life, he met his Savior with praise, surrounded by his parents and family. Anyone who so much as heard Witt’s story became touched by his life. Those who knew Witt felt the glowing love of Christ shine through him as if the very hands of God were embracing you.
Witt is survived by his parents Melanie and Austan Lupher, and his two younger brothers Bennett and Grant, as well as his grandparents Karen and Jim McCord and Mark and Vicki Lupher.
Services to celebrate the life of Witt will be held at 12pm, Tuesday, January 2, 2018, in the chapel at Houston’s First Baptist Church. Flowers are welcome, and memorial contributions may be sent to SOFT (The Support Organization for Trisomy 18,13, and Related Disorders).
